Effective July 1, 2024, the Consulate General of India (CGI) in Seattle will offer all Consular Services, including Passport, Visa, and Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) services, at its Seattle and Bellevue locations in Washington State. 

Applicants are advised to schedule appointments for Visa, Passport, and OCI services through the VFS Global Application Center, with drop-off service also available at both locations. The VFS office in Seattle is conveniently located adjacent to the Consulate premises.

For other Consular Services like Power of Attorney Attestation, and Life/Death/Marriage Certificate, applicants are required to schedule appointments directly at the Consulate. 

Services at the Seattle location are accessible to residents within the Consular Jurisdiction of the CGI in Seattle, encompassing the states of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, and Wyoming.
