To bolster energy security and foster deeper collaboration between the private sectors of India and the United States, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s U.S.-India Business Council (USIBC) will lead a high-level delegation to India Energy Week (IEW) 2025, taking place from February 11-14 in New Delhi, India.
As a high-powered gathering of the top energy corporates, IEW 2025 is set to become the second-largest global energy event, bringing together leading energy corporations, international stakeholders, technologists, and innovators.
USIBC’s participation will include key discussions including “The Future of India-U.S. Energy Partnership,” with India’s Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Hardeep Singh Puri.
Managing Director of USIBC India, Rahul Sharma, emphasized the importance of showcasing U.S.-India energy partnerships through cutting-edge technologies and strategic investments, highlighting the strength of bilateral cooperation in the energy sector.
“The U.S. and India are primed to power up our energy security and economic growth. Both nations share a commitment to energy innovation, new technologies, and strengthening energy supply chains,” added Sharma. “The two greatest democracies in the world will further strengthen their energy cooperation as a strategic pillar of the bilateral trade and investment partnership.”
