The Jain International Trade Organization (JITO) USA DC Chapter hosted a celebration marking Women’s History Month on March 7, 2026, bringing together business leaders and professionals from across the DMV region.
The gathering highlighted two milestones. The event celebrated the entrepreneurial contributions of women while also announcing the leadership of JITO USA DC Chapter Chair Rahul Jain along with the formation of a new executive committee.
Namita Shah, an entrepreneur in the early childhood education sector, delivered the keynote address and shared her journey of building a successful Montessori business. According to a statement from JITO USA, Shah spoke about aligning commercial success with Jain values.

The statement noted that Shah discussed her commitment to maintaining core principles, including providing wholesome, plant-based nutrition, and how that approach became a competitive advantage in her partnership with Kiddie Academy. Her story of resilience and strategic growth encouraged many attendees, with some expressing interest in launching their own professional ventures.
The event also led to increased community engagement, with several attendees joining JITO USA during the session. These new members become part of a global network dedicated to “Build Boldly and Serve Deeply,” gaining access to JITO’s professional mentorship and investment ecosystem.
The program also recognized the leadership vision of JITO USA DC Chapter Chair Rahul Jain. A Partner at Guidehouse and a community leader, Jain’s appointment signals a focus on expanding digital transformation initiatives and strengthening professional networking within the organization.

“Seeing the positive impact of these success stories is exactly why JITO exists,” said Jain. “We are committed to providing the platform where ethical leadership meets economic prosperity. Today’s turnout and the addition of our newest members prove that our community is ready to lead with both purpose and profit.”
Chairman Jain also announced the chapter’s executive committee, composed of professionals supporting the organization’s continued growth:
- Durlabh Jain, Co-Chair
- Vishal Jain, Secretary
- Minal Shah, Treasurer
- Renu Jain, JITO Professional Network (JPN) Lead
