Ektaa Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms has unveiled Hoonur, a new talent management company celebrating storytelling and performance, dedicated to nurturing artistes and strengthening the culture of storytelling and performance in the entertainment industry.
Hoonur aims to bring together a diverse roster of celebrated actors and creators from across Hindi cinema and Indian television, offering them a platform that supports their artistic growth while helping them navigate meaningful opportunities. Rooted in Balaji’s long-standing legacy of shaping talent and iconic stories, the initiative is designed to provide artistes with strategic guidance, focused representation, and a collaborative ecosystem where creativity can flourish.
Sharing her vision for the new venture, Kapoor said, “At Balaji, we have always believed that talent flourishes when it finds the right environment and encouragement. With Hoonur, we want to build a platform where artistes are not just represented but truly understood. Our aim is to offer them thoughtful guidance, help them explore opportunities that align with their strengths, and support their growth over the long term. It’s about creating journeys that allow talent to evolve, experiment, and reach their full potential.”
To celebrate this, an exclusive Hoonur launch party will be hosted at Fairmont, Mumbai. The evening will bring together Hindi film and television A-listers, industry leaders, creators, and members of the media for a high-profile gathering marking the company’s grand debut.
Kapoor is always known to encourage fresh talent. The producer has given the industry some renowned faces in the entertainment industry, and with Hoonur she continues to expand her vision.
