Optima Global Solutions is celebrating its 25th anniversary with another appearance on the Inc. 5000 list and an expanded focus on helping organizations address emerging cybersecurity and artificial intelligence challenges.

The Hamilton, New Jersey-based information technology consulting and solutions provider ranked No. 4,525 nationally on the 2026 Inc. 5000. Optima was among 147 New Jersey companies recognized and one of nine honorees from the Princeton-Hamilton area.

The recognition marks the company’s second consecutive appearance on the annual list, which ranks the fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States based on percentage revenue growth from 2022 through 2025.

“Every company on the Inc. 5000 has a story of perseverance, smart decision making, and a refusal to sit still,” says Mike Hofman, Editor-in-chief of Inc. “Their growth reflects more than strong financial performance–it reflects creativity, resilience, and the customer focus required to build companies that make a lasting impact.”

Founded in 2001 as a boutique IT staffing firm, Optima has expanded its operations over the past 25 years to help organizations address complex technology needs. In addition to IT staffing and custom solutions development, the company is strengthening its services in cybersecurity and AI.

“Reaching 25 years is an achievement we’re proud of, but we’re not looking backward,” said Mahesh Yadav, President and CEO of Optima Global Solutions. “The technology landscape is changing faster than ever, and our clients need more than another technology vendor. They need a partner who understands their business, can develop the strategy and has the expertise to actually execute it.”

Optima’s expanding cybersecurity practice assists organizations with cyber risk and governance, Zero Trust strategy and implementation, AI security, incident preparedness and organizational resilience. The practice is intended to help companies incorporate cybersecurity into their broader business operations and measure its effectiveness.

The company is also expanding its AI services as organizations move beyond experimentation and integrate the technology into their daily operations. Optima works with clients to identify potential business applications for AI and implement those ideas.

Its AI transformation services include strategic advisory, intelligent automation and customized AI solutions. The services are designed to address the operational, security and governance considerations that accompany AI adoption.

The cybersecurity and AI practices represent the next stage of Optima’s development as the company seeks to help organizations benefit from emerging technologies while managing their associated risks.

“Technology has never stood still, and neither have we,” Yadav said. “Our first 25 years were about building trust, solving problems and delivering results for our clients. The next 25 will be about helping those same organizations, and new ones, take advantage of what is possible while protecting themselves from what is coming.”

The Inc. 5000 recognition comes as Optima broadens its mission to help businesses navigate the opportunities and risks associated with rapidly evolving technologies.
