National Retail Solutions (NRS) has announced that it has been officially accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), earning the organization’s highest A+ rating.
“The accreditation follows a company-wide initiative to enhance customer service processes and resolve merchant inquiries more efficiently and transparently,” the company said in a statement, adding that the Better Business Bureau grants accreditation only to businesses that meet its established standards for integrity and performance.
According to the statement, achieving an A+ rating involves a “rigorous” review process, including an evaluation of a company’s record for “responsive customer support, and maintaining a commitment to good-faith efforts” to resolve consumer concerns.
“Trust is the most valuable asset we share with our merchants,” said Elie Y. Katz, President and CEO of NRS. “Earning this A+ rating and official accreditation validates our relentless commitment to service. Our team has worked tirelessly to refine our support channels and ensure that every independent retailer in our network feels heard and valued.”
NRS said it sought the accreditation to strengthen its standing as a reliable partner for independent retailers. The A+ rating, the company noted, signals to current and prospective merchants that it aligns with the BBB’s Standards for Trust, with a focus on honesty, transparency, and responsiveness in its operations.
NRS, a subsidiary of IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT), provides point-of-sale systems and NRS Pay payment processing services to thousands of independent retailers across the United States and Canada.
