The Moore-Miller Campaign for Maryland has announced a “record-breaking” fundraising total of $7 million, marking the largest amount ever raised during an off year in the state.

The campaign said it is entering the new year with $8 million in cash on hand. Nearly 95 percent of the contributions came from grassroots donors giving less than $250.

“This record-breaking fundraising effort shows the incredible momentum of Moore-Miller for Maryland heading into the election year,” said Campaign Manager Ron Owens in a statement on January 19. “Governor Moore and Lieutenant Governor Miller head into the election year with a grassroots army behind them ready to help share how they’ll continue to bring opportunity to Marylanders across the state regardless of zip code.”

Last year, the campaign also announced the launch of the “Leave No One Behind Slate,” an initiative aimed at supporting candidates across the ballot in Maryland’s 2026 Democratic primary and general election cycle.

“The Moore-Miller for Maryland Campaign has made an initial contribution of $250K to that slate, with more investments to come,” the statement added.

Ahead of the fundraising announcement, the Moore-Miller campaign also reported a series of endorsements, including support from the Maryland REALTORS®, the Maryland International Association of Fire Fighters, Maryland’s largest union, the Maryland State Education Association, Service Employees International Union Local 500, as well as Democrats and Republicans from across the state.
