Richa Pandey, Ph.D.
Richa Pandey is an education researcher and children’s literature scholar with a Ph.D., from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. Her work spans children’s literature, teacher education, curriculum, caste, gender, and inclusion, with a particular interest in how well-prepared, reflective teachers can shape more equitable classrooms. She has worked with the Ravi J. Matthai Centre for Educational Innovation (RJMCEI), IIM Ahmedabad, and the Centre for Education, Technology and Education (CETE), TISS.
