Fragrance house Ajmal Dubai has appointed Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh as its brand ambassador, unveiling a new campaign titled “Your Unseen Power” as it seeks to deepen its connect with younger consumers in India.

The campaign, which was rolled out across more than 575 screens of PVR Cinemas nationwide on Thursday, marks a strategic push by the company to blend its legacy in perfumery with contemporary storytelling and celebrity appeal.

Ajmal Dubai said the campaign centers around three of its key fragrances—Aristocrat, Aurum Summer, and Wisal Layl—each positioned to represent different dimensions of personality and self-expression. Aristocrat is described as a woody-fresh masculine fragrance with oud notes, while Aurum Summer is a fruity-floral unisex scent aimed at capturing vibrancy and warmth. Wisal Layl, meanwhile, is positioned as a deeper, woody fragrance designed for more intimate settings.

The company said the campaign aligns with its broader philosophy of presenting fragrance as an extension of individual identity, a theme it believes resonates with evolving consumer preferences.

Speaking on the association, Singh said the brand’s emphasis on heritage and personal expression mirrors his own outlook. He added that the campaign highlights how fragrances can reflect different facets of confidence, energy and intimacy.

Abdulla Ajmal, Group CEO of Ajmal, said the collaboration goes beyond celebrity endorsement and reflects a shared vision around creativity and self-expression. He noted that the campaign draws on the company’s decades-long expertise while aiming to reinterpret it for a new generation.

Founded in 1951 in Assam, Ajmal Dubai has grown into a global fragrance player with a portfolio of over 300 products. The company currently operates more than 400 exclusive stores across India, the Gulf region and other international markets, with a presence spanning over 70 countries and multiple duty-free locations worldwide.

The company said its full range of products, including the three fragrances featured in the campaign, is available across major online and offline retail channels in India.
