The US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) has appointed five prominent industry leaders to its India Executive Leadership Board, reinforcing its mission to deepen economic and strategic ties between the United States and India.
The newly appointed members are:
- Bhawna Agarwal, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE)
- Kishor Nair, Chief Executive Officer, Avaada Energy
- Chetan Krishnaswamy, Vice President, Public Policy, Amazon India
- Michael A. Mustian, Lead Country Manager, ExxonMobil India
- Ipsita Dasgupta, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, HP India
Welcoming the appointees, USISPF President and CEO Mukesh Aghi said, “On behalf of everyone at USISPF, it gives me immense pleasure to welcome Bhawna, Kishor, Chetan, Michael and Ipsita to the India Executive Leadership Board.”
Aghi emphasized that these leaders offer extensive industry expertise, strategic vision, and strong corporate leadership, along with a deep passion and commitment to strengthening U.S.-India commercial ties. He noted that their representation of key sectors will play a vital role in advancing the mission to deepen economic engagement and promote a collaborative, inclusive public–private partnership.
Kishor Nair said, “I am honored to join the USISPF’s India Executive Leadership Board, a platform that plays a pivotal role in advancing the strategic and economic partnership between India and the United States.”
He emphasized that Avaada sees collaboration in sectors such as solar manufacturing, clean energy supply chains, electric vehicles, advanced communication, AI infrastructure, semiconductors, defense manufacturing, and the joint ambition to deploy 100 GW of Small Modular Reactors by 2047 as central to future growth.

Michael A. Mustian commented, “I’m honored to join the India Executive Leadership Board at a time when collaboration between Indian and American companies is broadening and deepening.
