Senge Sering is the Founder of the Institute for Gilgit Baltistan Studies, a think tank based in Washington DC, to raise awareness about the Pakistan occupied Gilgit-Baltistan. The Institute has a firm commitment to the protection and promotion of all human rights including basic rights of the people of Gilgit-Baltistan.
