On December 22, 2024, Reliance Foundation in Mumbai, India, organized a special day out for over 1,000 children from disadvantaged communities. The event was part of the foundation’s Education and Sports for All (ESA) initiative, hosted at the Jio Presents Hamleys Wonderland.

This joyful gathering brought smiles and inspiration to children associated with various non-governmental organizations supported by Reliance Foundation.

As part of its “We Care” initiative, Reliance Foundation ESA aims “to inspire and empower children from all backgrounds to dream big and achieve their potential.” Through this platform, children are offered unique opportunities to learn, play, and grow. A highlight of the day was the array of fun rides and engaging entertainment activities, designed to create unforgettable memories.

The children enjoyed a variety of attractions, including the Monster Ride, Hamleys Village, Haunted Circus, Ferris Wheel, and carousels. Volunteers from the Reliance Foundation ensured that every child had a meaningful experience, participating in games and quizzes under the ‘Kahani Kala Khushi’ campaign. This initiative celebrates Indian achievers and fosters a sense of pride and inspiration among the young participants.

One of the main highlights of the event was the launch of Vantara, Reliance Foundation’s animal welfare initiative. At the “Vantarian Rescue Rangers,” stall children were encouraged to become wildlife heroes by engaging in interactive activities such as preserving animal habitats, rescuing entangled birds, and combating animal trafficking. Each child received a Vantara animal toy and educational materials to enhance their understanding of animal care and conservation.

ESA embodies Reliance Foundation’s “We Care,” initiative by making educational and sporting opportunities accessible to every child, regardless of their social background. Events like ESA Day are designed to spark imagination and nurture aspirations among children from underprivileged communities. The dedication of Reliance Foundation volunteers played a key role in making the day both enjoyable and impactful.

Reliance Foundation’s ESA Day at Hamleys Wonderland was a heartwarming celebration of care, compassion, and community. It truly encapsulated the spirit of giving and the importance of dreaming big.
