On March 5, 2025, Softborne Technology Solutions Private Limited announced two key leadership appointments as part of its strategic growth initiatives. The Singapore-based services company, established in 2015, aims to enhance its business development operations with this latest move.

Softborne has appointed Arunkumar as Director of Sales & Business Development and Praveen Chandra as Director of Content & Marketing. This decision reinforces the company’s commitment to business excellence and market leadership across its two core segments – Product Development Services and its flagship SaaS product, Boombirds. Boombirds helps businesses streamline compliance and audit operations to strengthen governance.

Arunkumar B 
Director, Sales & Business Development

With over 30 years of experience in IT sales, including a successful tenure as Director of Sales at Cognizant for 12+ years, Arunkumar brings a wealth of expertise in demand generation, client acquisition, business expansion, and revenue growth.

Praveen Chandra 
Director, Content & Marketing

With over 26 years of experience in media, entertainment, and digital strategy, Chandra has successfully led global content partnerships, sourcing, and marketing operations across multiple platforms at OnMobile Global Limited. His deep industry insights and strategic approach will be instrumental in positioning Softborne and Boombirds as market leaders.
