Purnima Voria, the newly appointed President of the Rajasthan Foundation, USA, called on Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Bhajan Lal Sharma, at his office in Jaipur.

The meeting centered on advancing economic development, trade, investment, tourism, and fostering collaborations and joint ventures between the United States and Rajasthan, said Voria noting that during the meeting Chief Minister Sharma emphasized the importance of building strong international partnerships that can bring innovation, sustainable growth, and global visibility to the state.

At the meeting the Chief Minister expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming Rising Rajasthan event, scheduled for December 10, 2025, and warmly invited all Rajasthani NRIs residing in the United States to participate. He encouraged them to visit Jaipur and explore the abundant opportunities emerging across key sectors in the state, she added.
The Chief Minister also highlighted that Rajasthan is “rising to new heights” with recent policy reforms, infrastructure development, and new growth initiatives that make it one of India’s most attractive destinations for investors and global partners.

Voria reaffirmed the Foundation’s commitment to act as a bridge between Rajasthan and its global diaspora, facilitating investment, innovation, and inclusive development.
Voria also met Lok Sabha MP from Rajasthan, Manju Sharma, Principal Secretary (Industries), Alok Gupta, and Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister, Shikhar Agarwal among others.
