Dundon Advisers LLC announced that outgoing Hoboken Mayor and New Jersey State Assembly Member-elect Ravinder Bhalla, 52, will join the firm on January 15, 2026, as a Managing Director and a leader of the firm’s infrastructure finance business.

According to a statement from the company on January 5, Bhalla will also be associated with affiliates Dundon Markets LLC and IslandDundon LLC. The statement noted that the term “Dundon” refers to each or all three firms, as context requires. Immediately prior to joining Dundon, Bhalla will complete his second and final term as Mayor of Hoboken and begin his first term as a New Jersey State Assembly member from the 32nd District, representing Hoboken and parts of Jersey City.

Bhalla previously practiced law in the private sector and served as a member of the Hoboken City Council. He holds an AB from the University of California, Berkeley, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and a JD from Tulane University Law School.
