Headway BPO of America LLC in collaboration with Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Black Tie Magazine, and Elite Professional Group hosted an event on September 9, 2025, in New York City, during the New York Fashion Week (NYFW) in New York City, convening leaders and innovators from technology, wellness, finance, and fashion to explore the future of cross-industry collaboration.

According to the organization, the gathering underscored how artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and global partnerships are reshaping business, culture, and society. The program featured keynote speakers, industry experts, and thought leaders who shared perspectives on AI, sustainable growth, finance, wellness, and innovation.

Notable speakers included: Anupam Dutta – Director, Headway BPO of America LLC; Morgan Newman – Financial Advisor, The Newman Group of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.; Ambe Sadon – Financial Advisor, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.; Bill Walsh – Founder & CEO, Business Coach & Success Strategist, Powerteam International; Prince Mario-Max Schaumburg-Lippe – Royal Personality & Philanthropist; Ambassador Dr. Hugues Sanon – UN Peace Ambassador; Emmanuella Sanon – Humanitarian & Community Advocate; Nadine Charles – Advocate for Women Empowerment; Merly Barlaan – Director, UN Relations, Women’s Federation for World Peace International (WFWPI); and Frank A. Ottomannalli – Business Leader with a century-long family legacy of entrepreneurship. 

The event also featured a Fashion Showcase led by Gloria Cressler, CEO of Elite Professional Group. The presentation celebrated culture, creativity, and diversity while highlighting how technology is transforming the fashion industry – from sustainable design and production to immersive digital brand experiences.

Designer Valda Rainey’s collection was presented by models including Angelina, Sylviana, Svetlana, Yesmin, Anne, Gaby, Nicole, Zhenya, Tatiana, Ida, and newcomer Miss Arshia.

Looking ahead, Headway BPO announced plans for a larger follow-up event in October 2025, aiming to create expanded opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and international collaborations.
