The Toronto Police Service has arrested one of Canada’s most wanted fugitives, 23-year-old Nicholas Singh, who appeared as number 15 on the updated BOLO (Be On the Lookout) program’s list of top wanted suspects.
According to police, Singh was taken into custody on November 21, 2025, at approximately 11:20 p.m. in the Bathurst Street and Dupont Street area. Officers responding to the location found him inside a vehicle and arrested him without incident.
Toronto Police confirmed the arrest was made under the authority of a Canada-wide warrant and publicly announced the development on Friday. Singh had been sought by the Ontario Provincial Police’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Unit, which had been searching for him since he was declared “unlawfully at large” on May 31, 2024.
Singh was serving a five-year, five-month, and 10-day sentence for robbery and firearm-related offences when he fled supervision.
During the arrest, officers seized a firearm, an extended magazine, and ammunition. Singh now faces six additional firearm-related charges, including possession of a restricted or prohibited firearm, possession of a loaded regulated firearm, and occupying a motor vehicle with a firearm.
