A special gift to her fans globally and recorded across Mumbai, London, New York, Amsterdam and more, the album; All Hearts Tour – Live features live recordings from her National and International tour
One of Indian music’s most loved and celebrated voices, Shreya Ghoshal has etched her name in history by becoming the first Indian female artiste in three decades to release a live tour album, featuring exclusive recordings from her most recent “All Hearts Tour.”
Known for her soulful voice and unmatched versatility, this live album is a heartfelt gift to her fans and captures the raw energy, emotional depth, and musical brilliance that defined the All Hearts Tour, offering listeners an immersive concert-like experience.
These live versions capture the scale, emotion and energy experienced across sold-out arenas and venues worldwide. Drawing from some of Hindi cinema’s biggest chartbusters, the album showcases the remarkable versatility of Ghoshal’s catalogue, from the intensity of O saathi re from Omkara to the grandeur of Deewani mastani from Bajirao Mastani to dance anthems like Chikni Chameli from Agneepath (2012) and more. The album spans 24 years of moments that have shaped the sound and sentiment of modern Indian pop culture.
Speaking about the album, Ghoshal says, “The All Hearts Tour – Live album is incredibly special to me. For the first time, I’m releasing concert recordings so my audience can relive the same emotion and energy. This is my gift to everyone who’s been part of my journey over the years—my listeners, my fans, those who attended the tour, and even those who could not. I wanted to give them something in return, because as the name suggests, my fans truly are ‘All Heart’.”
This 44-city global tour had covered India, North America, the United Kingdom, the Middle-East, Australia and Europe. Ghoshal performed at major international venues including the OVO Arena Wembley (London), Oakland Arena (California) and Wolf Trap (in Washington DC).
She’s the second Indian artiste (after Lata Mangeshkar) to perform at the Fox Theatre (Detroit) and the first to perform at the Dolby Theatre (Los Angeles). Currently ranked among the world’s most-streamed artistes across platforms, her international footprint continues to expand through collaborations with artists including Tayc, Saad Lamjarred, Pentatonix and Afroto. Two such collaborations were part of Grammy-nominated albums.
With a career spanning generation of listeners, Ghoshal’s musical journey began with classical music training at the age of four before her breakthrough win on the reality show, Sa Re Ga Ma, followed by a remarkable playback singing debut in the Devdas (2002) and has since, recorded over 3500 songs in over 20 languages.
As the first Indian artiste to be named Spotify’s EQUAL Global Ambassador, she continues to champion female representation in the global music industry, with her presence lighting up billboards from Mumbai to Times Square. Her global impact has been widely recognized, especially in the United States – where June 26 is celebrated as “Shreya Ghoshal Day” in Ohio, July 24 as “Shreya Ghoshal Day of Entertainment and Inspiration” in Cincinnati and June 15, 2024, was proclaimed “Shreya Ghoshal Day” in Austin during her “All Hearts Tour”.
Way back in April 2013, she was felicitated at the UK Parliament (House of Commons) by Members of Parliament for her contribution to music. In March 2017, she became the first Indian singer to have a wax figure at Madame Tussaud’s, Delhi, displayed in the museum’s Indian wing.
Her continued prominence is reflected in a consistent multi-year presence in YouTube’s Global Weekly Top Artiste charts, while on Spotify she currently ranks 53rd in the world and is among the most streamed Indian artistes on the platform.
Shreya has won multiple encomiums, including five National awards, each for a song in a different language! Discovered for cinema by whiz-kid filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, she has sung for every contemporary composer worth his salt as well as for veterans like (Laxmikant-) Pyarelal (in an album), Rajesh Roshan, Ravindra Jain, Bappi Lahiri and Anu Malik. (Kalyanji-) Anandji has also groomed her.
