The Premier Global DM–CX–Loyalty Summit 2026, a leading international platform focused on Customer Experience, Direct Marketing, and Loyalty, will convene more than 300 senior leaders on April 15–16, 2026, at T-Hub in Hyderabad, India. The two-day summit aims to translate data and artificial intelligence into sustainable customer loyalty and measurable revenue growth.
The summit is organized and hosted by Indian-American Tausif Malik and is anchored around the theme “From Data to Devotion.” According to a statement from the organizers, the program will feature “executive keynotes, practitioner-led panels, deep-dive workshops, strategic networking, a focused solutions expo, and the inaugural DM, CX & Loyalty Awards.”
Organizers said the summit comes at a “pivotal moment,” noting that India’s loyalty market is growing at an annual rate of 18.3 percent and is projected to reach USD 3.58 billion. Globally, the loyalty market is expected to expand from USD 16.44 billion in 2026 to USD 32.52 billion by 2031.
“The newly enacted US–India and EU–India Trade Deals create unprecedented frameworks for smoother data flows, digital trade, and cross-border scalability for next-generation CX and loyalty programs, making this dialogue critically timely,” the statement added.
Positioned as a practical roadmap for brands navigating today’s experience-driven economy, the summit will focus on actionable strategies to convert data into long-term customer trust, apply AI responsibly, and build scalable loyalty programs across global markets. The event emphasizes moving beyond transactional engagement toward enduring customer relationships.
Hyderabad as Strategic Host City
The organizers noted that Hyderabad, often referred to as India’s “Cyberabad,” offers a fitting backdrop for the summit as a global technology and innovation hub. The city hosts major global capability centers of Fortune 500 companies, technology firms such as Microsoft and Google, and a deep pool of AI and machine learning talent. “Complementing this, the city’s dynamic film and media industry—a creative powerhouse—adds unparalleled expertise in emotional storytelling and mass audience engagement,” the statement said.
Platform for Startup Growth and Investment
The summit is also designed to serve as a catalyst for startups and the venture ecosystem. Key elements include a Startup Showcase Zone for emerging companies to present MarTech, AI-CX, and loyalty technology solutions; curated pitch sessions and networking forums connecting founders with venture capital firms and angel investors; and facilitated meetings with CXOs from sectors such as banking, retail, and telecom to accelerate enterprise adoption.
Focused sessions on “Loyalty for Scale-ups” will provide growth-stage companies with strategies to leverage data, personalization, and community-building to reduce customer acquisition costs and increase lifetime value.
According to the organizers, the summit’s agenda aligns with India’s Viksit Bharat 2047 vision by supporting technological self-reliance in customer platforms, enhancing the global competitiveness of Indian brands, and promoting ethical AI and responsible data practices as foundations of a trusted digital economy.
