National Retail Solutions (NRS) has been recognized as a “dual winner” at the inaugural 2026 CVAI Awards, presented by ChannelVision and Beka Business Media.

According to a statement from NRS, the company received awards in both the AI Agents and AI Business Transformation categories, highlighting its efforts to equip independent retailers with advanced technology solutions.

“The CVAI Awards spotlight the critical role organizations play in advancing the adoption of artificial intelligence,” the statement noted. “Honorees are selected based on their ability to deliver real-world outcomes and drive measurable business transformation through established and emerging AI technologies.”

NRS said the integration of artificial intelligence within its platform enables small and mid-sized businesses to automate workflows, optimize inventory management, and improve customer engagement. Recognition in both categories reflects the impact of the company’s technology on the day-to-day operations and long-term growth of local merchants.

“We are thrilled to recognize the leading organizations helping partners deploy AI with confidence and precision,” said President and CEO of ChannelVision, Berge Kaprelian. “Congratulations to all of our 2026 CVAI winners.”

President and CEO of NRS, Elie Y. Katz, said the recognition underscores the company’s mission to make advanced technology accessible to neighborhood retailers.

“Equipping independent retailers with advanced, accessible AI tools is central to our mission,” said Katz. “Winning these inaugural CVAI Awards validates our commitment to delivering transformative, real-world solutions that level the playing field and help neighborhood stores thrive in a highly competitive landscape.”
