ITServe Services (ITSS), a subsidiary of ITServe Alliance, the largest association of IT services organizations, is ramping up efforts to maximize benefits for its 2,500 plus member companies.

The ITSS Board of Directors, including Manohar Kasagani, Anju Vallabhaneni, Amar Varada, Bala Shan, Gautam Reddy Mallireddy, Arvind Nerella, and Srikant Dasugari, is actively working to highlight the advantages of ITServe membership to potential new companies, said ITSS in a statement.

“As a subsidiary of ITServe Alliance, ITSS is uniquely positioned to design and implement tailored solutions that directly address the challenges and opportunities our members face,” said ITSS Managing Director Kasagani.

Providing background on ITSS’s formation, ITServe President Vallabhaneni explained, “ITServe Alliance was originally established to offer financial and professional benefits to its members. However, as the organization grew, it became clear that certain services required a dedicated platform beyond ITServe Alliance itself. This led to the creation of ITServe Services (ITSS), a specialized initiative to address these additional needs.”

According to Varada, ITSS was founded with the mission of delivering tangible, measurable benefits to ITServe members. These include, Group Health Insurance, Business Insurance, ITServe Angels (Entrepreneurial Support Program), Merger & Acquisition Advisory Services, Exclusive Discounts on Payroll Services (ADP), Discounts on Google Workspace & Microsoft Office, Discounted price with Dice.

Each service is designed to help members reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

“As ITServe continues to expand, ITSS is actively working on introducing additional benefits to deliver even more value,” said Shan.

Two major upcoming initiatives include:

  • LinkedIn Discounts – Providing members with reduced rates to enhance networking, recruitment, and marketing efforts.
  • Exclusive Travel Discounts – Partnering with top travel providers to offer discounted flights for ITServe members.

“This ensures a more targeted and effective approach to delivering member benefits,” added Mallireddy.

Recognizing the importance of healthcare solutions, ITSS has partnered with Trucardia to develop a Captive Health Insurance Plan for ITServe members. This initiative leverages ITServe’s collective strength to provide cost-effective, customized health insurance options.

“ITServe members gain the power of community, an invaluable strength in the IT industry and beyond,” said Dasugari. “With exclusive access to member events and resources, active members stay better connected to the industry and each other.”

Additionally, ITSS is in talks with leading financial software providers like QuickBooks to secure exclusive member discounts. ITSS is also finalizing a strategic partnership with Monster, offering members special discounts on recruitment services to streamline hiring, attract top talent, and reduce costs.
