FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) has appointed Vishal Talwar, formerly Senior Managing Director and Chief Growth Officer of Accenture Technology, as Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) of FedEx Corp., and President of FedEx Dataworks, effective August 15, 2025.
According to the company, Talwar brings more than 27 years of experience in leveraging technology to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate customer experiences. His expertise spans data science, digital infrastructure, and enterprise-scale transformation. He has worked extensively with businesses to harness the capabilities of cloud, data, artificial intelligence (AI), and other emerging technologies to boost resilience and accelerate digital innovation for profitable growth.
Prior to joining FedEx, Talwar held leadership roles at Accenture, IBM, and Dell Services. Over the past two years, he has played an active role in FedEx’s digital transformation initiatives through his work with Accenture.

As CDIO and President of FedEx Dataworks, Talwar will spearhead the company’s digital transformation strategy, overseeing initiatives focused on delivering innovative, data- and AI-powered solutions, strengthening enterprise architecture, implementing advanced technologies, and ensuring robust cybersecurity measures.

With this appointment, senior leaders from the Technology, Data, and Dataworks organizations will report directly to Talwar.
