Washington DC: Factum Global, an international consulting firm specializing in global market expansion, has appointed Indian American Executive, Tarun Chopra, a Northern Virginia resident, as Executive Consultant.

He previously served as President & CEO of Clements Worldwide, leading its international expansion across Europe and the Middle East. His expertise spans strategy, finance, risk management, and compliance, with notable contributions to the $50 billion U.S. Treasury TARP program.
