TitanProz, a management consulting firm founded by Afghan American entrepreneurs Anita Dehkan and Yousuf Mansoor in 2022, marked a milestone in its journey with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on March 27, 2025.
The event, held at Intelligent Office in Tysons Corner, Virginia, celebrated the firm’s success in providing strategic consulting and business planning services to small and medium-sized businesses.
The ceremony was attended by notable guests, including Mayor Catherine S. Read of Fairfax City, Executive Director of the Central Fairfax Chamber of Commerce Jennifer Rose, community leaders, partners, and supporters, reflecting the company’s vision of empowering businesses through strategic solutions and commitment to excellence.

Expressing her gratitude, Founder and CEO of TitanProz, Dehkan thanked Mayor Read for her presence and praised Rose for her “incredible efforts” in organizing the event. “Your dedication and coordination brought this vision to life, and we couldn’t have done it without you,” she said. Rose commended Dehkan’s contributions as an Ambassador of the Chamber, noting her impact through TitanProz.
Dehkan said she was “very excited,” about the official ribbon-cutting event, as it marks the first since TitanProz was founded.
“We have a great team at TitanProz. Some of our consultants are here today, and we are very excited. Thank you for being part of our journey,” Dehkan said emphasizing the significance of the moment. “TitanProz is not just me and Yousuf, it’s our team of experts who bring decades of experience to our clients. We are excited about what the future holds.”
Speaking to South Asian Herald, Dehkan explained, “Although TitanProz has been proudly serving our community since 2022, we decided to hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate our new location and the start of an exciting new chapter.”

She highlighted that the event also marked the launch of the firm’s revamped website and a strategic partnership with Intelligent Office. “We felt it was the perfect way to celebrate growth and new beginnings, and I believe it turned out to be a great success,” she added.
Chief Strategy Officer of TitanProz, Mansoor shared the inspiration behind TitanProz, recalling how he and his few friends initially envisioned a technology-driven marketplace to connect small businesses with expert consultants. Overcoming early challenges, they evolved the platform into a broader ecosystem, offering high-quality consulting services at an accessible cost.
One of their main motivations was addressing the high fees charged by many management consulting firms, Mansoor explained. Mansoor noted that TitanProz now has approximately 35 consultants, all rigorously vetted to ensure they are the “best of the best.”

Hari Ramamurthy, owner of Intelligent Office franchise locations in Arlington, Reston, and Tysons Corner, who co-sponsored the event commended Dehkan and Mansoor’s dedication. “I see them almost every day. We’ve had plenty of discussions with lots of ideas. Every time I talk to the two of them, I get energized. And they have a fantastic company. They try to help a lot of the small businesses,” added Ramamurthy.
Amid economic uncertainties and potential administrative changes, Ramamurthy emphasized the importance of community members staying intact to support each other. “That’s our purpose,” he said, highlighting The Intelligent Office’s role in providing co-working and virtual office spaces for professionals.
Several TitanProz consultants also shared their experiences. Drocella MugoreWera, who traveled from Tennessee for the event, recounted how TitanProz connected with her through LinkedIn for a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) consulting role.
“We had a great conversation. And I tell people, as long as we are in people’s business, DEI is not going anywhere. Because we are all diverse and we help companies to leverage diversity as a strategic advantage,” she shared.
