Press Release

Word Count: Under 1,000 words
Style: Clear, factual, and objective. Avoid overly promotional language or unverified claims.
Structure:
1. Headline (clear and newsworthy)
2. Dateline (City, State/Country – Date)
3. Opening paragraph (Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How)
4. Supporting details and background
5. Quote(s) from a spokesperson or organization representative
6. About the Organization (50–100 words)
7. Media Contact Information

Please include high-quality images whenever possible.

Quantity: Up to 3 images
Format: JPG or PNG
Resolution: Minimum 1500px on the longest side
Captions: Include a brief caption for each image
Credits: Provide photographer or source credit, if applicable
